1. Purpose

These terms govern use of the website https://cliniqueautofarnham.com and the services offered by Clinique de l'auto et de la batterie Farnham Inc. (“we”).

2. Quotes and estimates

Quotes submitted via our site or by phone are preliminary estimates based on the information provided by the client. The final estimate is confirmed after in-shop inspection. No work beyond the accepted quote is performed without your prior approval.

3. Warranty

Parts installed in our shop carry, where applicable, the national Uni-Pro warranty as defined by the network. Details applicable to your work order are provided at payment.

4. Payment

Payment is due at vehicle pickup. We accept cash, credit card, debit card and Interac. Unclaimed vehicles may be subject to storage fees.

5. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the work performed on the signed work order. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

6. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, logos) is owned by Clinique de l'auto et de la batterie Farnham Inc. or its licensors (Uni-Pro, Otobox, Batterie Expert) and is protected by Canadian intellectual property law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the Bedford judicial district.
